County Profiles

The Illinois Maternal Health County Profiles Site is a tool to view many indicators of women’s health at the county level. The I PROMOTE-IL project worked with partners to select relevant, reliable, and accessible indicators to provide an interactive resource to maternal and child health stakeholders in Illinois. This resource is unique in that it provides many indicators for a single county all in one place, allowing the visitor a snapshot of maternal health status at the county level. Each indicator is accompanied by a definition as well as an example interpretation.

To view a county’s page, click on an Illinois county on the map or select a county above. When applicable, the county profile will include a value and a quartile, to show a county’s distribution in comparison to all other counties in Illinois.
